Shipping Policy

At moose + frankie, we work hard to get your handmade skincare products to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • During busy seasons, product launches, or sales events, processing may take a little longer.

  • We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and shipping method (we usually use USPS Priority Mail).

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the carrier.

  • Once your package is with the carrier, delivery time is outside of our control.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

4. International Shipping

If available, international shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Delivery times for international orders vary and may take several weeks depending on customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us at rebecca@mooseandfrankie.com.

  • We will work with the carrier to help locate your package.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
