What is your shipping policy?

We get your order, we ship it!

But more specifically, all orders will ship between 1-3 business days. We do our best to be as fast as possible, knowing we’ve all gotten WAY too used to Amazon’s “you think about it, it’s already on your doorstep” shipping policy.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What happened to the pick up option at check out?

Best news ever: We have opened a brick and mortar location! Located at 1385 Carr St, in Lakewood CO,

Because of this, we are no longer offering the pick up option for online check out. You will just have to come into the store and say hi and smell everything in person before you buy it ;)

So grab a coffee at Mint & Serif, check out all of the beautiful work at All Its Own, and then come on by and stock up.

Do you do refills?

Not currently. We just aren’t that big. But we would love for you to bring your clean and dry glass jars back to us so we can sanitize and reuse them.

What is your return policy?

If your product arrived damaged, email us via the contact link below. We will replace or refund.

We have testers for just about everything in store, so you can try before you buy and ensure that you will love whatever you purchase.

Are your products organic?

All of the organic ingredients that we use in our skin care will be noted in the ingredients listing. The herbs produced in our garden are pesticide free, but our garden is not certified organic.

Are your products allergen free?

No, they are not. All ingredients are listed on the label. Some soaps contain dairy or nuts. We are not an allergen free facility and precautions should be taken if you have a serious allergy to any of our ingredients. How do I order wholesale?
