Our Return Policy
At Moose + Frankie, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right—no hassle, no stress.
Easy Returns: You can return or exchange any unused product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit—your choice.
No Questions Asked: You don’t need a reason (though we’re always happy to hear your feedback!).
One Tiny Exception: For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on soap that has already been used. But if your soap arrives damaged or not as expected, just let us know—we’ll send a replacement right away.
How to Start a Return: Simply email us at rebecca@mooseandfrankie.com with your order number, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
